In case you aren't following the US Ski Team (USST) nordic efforts: Andy is our fastest sprinter and is a threat for World Cup podiums. He keeps up with the blog entries on fasterskier pretty well and often does video updates like this one. It's cool to get stuff like this straight from one of our top level athletes.
